WHAT IS THE REAL INTENT OF THE BRADY I.S.D. LEADERSHIP?
What is the real intent of the Brady I.S.D. Leadership? They operate in an erratic and mystic manner, it appears that
the Corrupt McCulloch County Political Group is also managing the Brady School Board. The McCulloch County
Corruption Group is a proven fact, I have already proven who the leader is, they do not mind going to any extreme to
acquire their needs, even to the point of intimidating citizens or making physical threats which include killing. Do we
need these people running our County, the people of McCulloch County are very good citizens who help each other but
there are the few who are power hungry and will do anything to acquire the funds to live a lifestyle of the rich and
famous, but the only fame that they may acquire may be when they get caught for conducting themselves in illegal
conduct.
When this editor entered the arena of the Brady I.S.D. manipulation of School Property, Ann Moore was assistant
superintendant, the superintendant at the time, Dr. Brashear, had agreed to sell all excess school property for a price
of $1.2 Million, Jason Jacoby had agreed to the sale. When Ann Moore became superintendant , she came up with a
statement that the voters had approved to build a new High School but only if the Old Brady High School was
demolished. I cannot remember seeing any such statement on the ballot. Ann Moore refused to lease the Old Brady
High School to The Friends of The Old Brady High School, the group was organized to develope a use for the Old
School Property which would benefit the Brady and McCulloch County Region. The LCRA partnered with the
preservation group by helping to develope a viable and profitable plan which would help a multi-county region.
The Friends of The Old Brady High School numbered nearly 300, enough to be considered a group speaking for the
Brady Community, this Group could have caused a recall of the Brady I.S.D., and as the group stated, the Brady
Citizens control Brady School Properties and not the elected School Officials. The Elected School Officials are placed
in order to managed the schools and the work personnel, they are not elected to be in the business of property
management, this activity creates corruption, which is the primary force which drives up the cost of living in McCulloch
County. Ann Moore has placed herself in the very center of the corruption ring and is popping the whip on innocent
Citizens who question her unethical conduct.
Ann Moore refused to lease the Old Brady High School to the group The Friends of the Old Brady High School, citing
that the group did not have the required funds to operate the building, she went through with the plan to demolish the
Old Brady High School. When Joe D. Sanchez offered to buy the excess properties for $1.2 Million, Ann Moore called
the source from where Joe Sanchez was acquiring the money, but Ann Moore with all her education did not have the
knowledge to fully understand the proper procedure for developing multi-million dollar projects, this is a very
specialized profession which only a select few understand or are even allowed to enter into. These projects can easily
range from $20 million to $120 million, depending on the expense required to pay for the initial start-up funds and not
just any bank is allowed to become involved in such ventures, a person such as Ann Moore does not even know how
to start such a program, she probably denied the project out of envy for not fully understanding the development
procedure. This purchase proposal was intended to convey the Old Brady High School to the Community and then
make up the purchase cost by developing the remaining Excess School Properties. Ann Moore stated that these
excess School Properties were not for sale or lease.
The deception plot of Ann Moore started to emerge during the agenda discussion of the process to demolish the Old
Brady High School, during such a meeting, Ann Moore announced that Donald Barley had called her about leasing the
Old North Ward School, she stated to the School Board that they should lease the property to Donald Barley's Group,
a Group which took our money to provide a Water Treatment Plant At Brady Lake but The Water Plant has never
worked, we still had to pay in excess of $11 Million, a price which has a large question tied to it, was $11 Million really
spent on this project? Jason Jacoby instructed Ann Moore to write up a lease agreement the next day so that the
Barley Group could take possession as soon as possible.
This corrupt group has members in the committees which govern McCulloch County, they are placed by a collection of
the public officials elected into positions of Governmental power within McCulloch County, they all share in their ill
gotten gain in some manner but usually by contracts, such as the proposed renovation at Brady Lake by the Brady
Economic Development Corporation. THE AMOUNT VOTED ON BY THE CITIZENS WAS IN EXCESS OF $1MILLION
DOLLARS BUT ONLY LESS THAN $100,000.00 WAS SPENT TO REBUILD A RESTROOM AND SHOWER FACILITY, THIS
AMOUNT INCLUDED A FINE FOR NOT PROPERLY PROTECTING THE CITY WORKERS FROM A HIGH DOSAGE OF
DEADLY ASBESTOS, A SEWAGE LINE HAD TO BE REPAIRED BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REMAINING $900,000.00?
At another of The Brady I.S.D. School Board Meetings where the final plans were being discussed on plans of how to
proceed with the Old Brady High School property after the debris was removed from the site, Ann MOORE PROPOSED
A NEIGHBORHOOD PARK, BUT THAT DOES NOT BENEFIT ALL TAXPAYERS BUT ONLY THE MAJORITY OF THE
CORRUPT GROUP WHO LIVE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. After this statement was made McCulloch County Judge
Danny Neal stood and stated that a group with which he was working, would like to lease buildings at the Old Brady
High School Site, ANN MOORE RECOMMENDED THAT THE SCHOOL BOARD LEASE THESE BUILDINGS TO DANNY
NEAL AND HIS GROUP, JASON JACOBY ADVISED THAT A SUITABLE LEASE AGREEMENT BE PREPARED. Danny Neal
has a connection through 198th District Court Documents, to Grant Evridge, in these documents Grant Everidge was
proven to be the leader of the McCulloch County Corruption Ring, in this case Grant Evridge sued Joe D. Sanchez
because EVRIDGE HAD SENT A HITMAN TO KILL JOE SANCHEZ, BUT TWO WITNESSES WERE IN HIDING AND
WITNESSED THE ATTEMPTED MURDER FOR HIRE. Evridge instead sued Sanchez in order to take all money and
property from Sanchez and then force Sanchez out of Brady, a very high profile national attorney was hired to take out
Joe Sanchez, but the attorney was not good enough and Sanchez beat him very soundly. The high profile attorney
was not able to get even one piece of evidence into the Court Record, TINA YOUNG WAS THE COURT RECORDER
BUT SHE COVERED UP THE FACTS IN AN EFFORT TO HELP THE EVRIDGE CORRUPTION GROUP, TINA YOUNG
NEVER RECORDED THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE INTO THE COURT RECORD. This proves that the Brady I.S.D.
Board Of Directors HAS HIGH LEVEL CONNECTIONS TO ORGANIZED CRIME IN McCULLOCH COUNTY.
Since the lease agreement with Danny Neal for the buildings at the Old Brady High School Property, McCulloch County
Judge Danny Neal has used the McCulloch County Commissioner's Court to take over the Gymnasiums from the Brady
I.S.D., now there has been discussion that The Brady I.S.D. Board of Directors WILL CONVEY THE SCHOOL SPORTS
PROPERTIES TO THE BRADY SPORTS FOUNDATION, ANOTHER ORGANIZATION CONTROLLED BY THE McCULLOCH
COUNTY CORRUPTION RING.
Joe D. Sanchez is not a certified attorney but while in college, he majored in Aero-Space Engineering and minored in
Law, this qualifies him to fully understand the required equipment to produce pure drinking water, our current water
plant in Brady Texas produces pure drinking water. When the government stopped funding the space program, Joe
Sanchez dropped out of college and became an Engineering Developer and had enough legal knowledge to take on the
best in any Court Battle, I HAVE BETTER THAN A 96% WIN RECORD. This illegal conduct by the McCulloch County
Corruption Ring will be easy to win, but very expensive, it is better to spend several hundred thousand dollars or even
in excess of $1Million, but our Brady Community will end up being a better place to live and reduce the cost of living at
the same time, this group controls our utility bills by the illegal taking of our money through fraudulent contracts.
THE BRADY COMMUNITY HAS FINALLY ORGANIZED INTO SMALL NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS, WITH THE REQUIRED
LEGAL DOCUMENTS WHICH PROVE ORGANIZED CRIME IN McCULLOCH COUNTY. GOD WILL PROTECT ALL OF
OUR HONEST CITIZENS IN McCULLOCH COUNTY, and provide a better way of life. We must never lose Faith in God,
he will help us STOP THE McCULLOCH COUNTY CORRUPTION RING. THOSE WHO CANNOT STAND AND TAKE THE
PAIN OF HUMILIATION, LAWSUITS, GUNSHOTS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF INTIMIDATION, FOR WHAT YOU STAND
FOR, SHOULD REMOVE THEMSELVES FROM THE POLITICAL ARENA OF OVER-POWERING PUBLIC CORRUPTION, IF
